There was a recently ordained priest at a new parish. One of the first things he was to do was a reconciliation service. The local bishop was going to oversee and help out with the service. The preist conducted the service and then began hearing confessions. Afterward he and the bishop were walking to thier cars. He stopped the bishop and asked, "How did I do?" The bishop responded, "You did very well. The service was very nice. However, if there was one thing I would work on, it would be not saying 'You did WHAT!' when you're hearing confessions..."
